I look upon the grass,
I look upon the hills,
I don’t what it means,
But I like the way it feels.
I wonder across the land,
I travel to the sea,
I think about Mother Earth,
And the way it used to be.
I meander through river beds,
I feel the energy,
Enjoying this cleansing moment,
Natural therapy.
I like to sit up high,
Amongst the branches and leaves,
Feel natures grip on me,
Safe here in the trees.
One day I’d like to show,
How the Earth should be free,
Take away this disrespect,
Emit positive energy.
There’s no times for maybes,
There’s no time for greed,
We’ve got to make the difference,
Plant a new seed.
So stop being blinded,
And open up your hearts,
Follow the way of our ancestors,
Lost, forgotten arts.
People are meant to love,
People are meant to last,
If we don’t act now,
We’ll be the distant past…
